Positions Currently Avalible:
We are in need of squad leaders. You must have xfire to even be considered for a squad leader position. We are also in need of clan council members. Below is a guide on how to start leading a squad with us, and infromation about the clan council.

Begining a Squad:
First of all you have to be dedicated enough and active enough to maintain a squad. This means you must be an active poster on our forums, get along well with clan members, have leadership experience, and have xfire. As a squad leader you decide what happens with your squad, from events, practices, or whatever you would like. You are also responsible with everything you do! Its your own little clan within the Tactical Solutions Force!

How to Start:
First of all you must be an active member in our clan
- Have a name for your squad such as Shoot to Kill, with an abbreviation with three letters example [StK]
- Post a new topic in our clan forums as well as talk to any GoA (General of Army)
- You must have at least 5 members willing to join your squad, or recruit 5 members
- You may choose one Lieutenant (Lt) for now as your squads co-leader. This can be a current clan member or a trusted recruit if they are willing.
- New members to your squad must start at the rank of Rct (Recruit) for 7 days then they will be promoted if they fit clan standards. Current members that switch over to your squad will obtain the rank of Pfc (Private First Class)

Once your squad is acknowledged the clan council you will obtain the rank of Captain (Cpt) this is the Squad Leaders Rank. You may have multiple Lieutenants in your squad depending on your own preferences. It is up to you to keep your squad happy and under control. There are no restrictions for your squad as you are the leader of your own individual clan within [TSF]

You will now also become an automatic clan council member and, have council privileges on our forum. If over time your leadership starts to weaken you will be replaced until we feel you can handle yourself.

About the Clan Council:
The clan council is the "Government" of our clan. They help manage practices, wars, events, our websites, and more. Members who wish to be part of the staff must be active enough and dedicated enough! This means you must be an active poster on our forums, get along well with clan members, have leadership experience, and have xfire. New members into the staff must be aproved by 3/4ths of the current staff.
